The lift is currently experiencing an intermittent fault whereby it gets stuck on the third floor for a period of time. The lift engineers have been on-site to investigate the issue a number of times and have advised that a part is needed and is on order from Italy. It is due imminently, and will be installed as soon as available.
We appreciate this is frustrating to all residents. We assure you we are doing all we can to ensure the fault is resolved as quickly as possible.
